One in three million Hi, my husband and I had been looking for a used Mazda CX-9 so I called my long time salesman, Steve Sherman because I trust him. Steve has sold me 2 cars prior both Mazda 3 sports. I asked Steve if he would keep his eyes open for a nice used CX9. He said he would Well 2 days later he called me and said he found a great buy and it was a CX9. I could hardly believe my ears. I called Michael my husband and said Mike you have to get off early Steve found us the perfect SUV.. well we went to Heritage and there was the Mazda CX-9 and was she a Beauty.. I am writing this for one reason only this salesman is so,dedicated, happy and every person he deals with is impressed with the knowledge he has on Mazda he delivers what he has promised you. He is the best sales man I have ever known he never disappoints.. never lies Thank you Steve Sherman, it's wonderful dealing with you and all the people behind the scenes at Heritage...You are all one in a million.....we never have been disappointed or gotten lies from you. Awesome car buying experience! I purchased a CX-5 earlier this week through Steve Sherman. We went last week to test drive and he was able to answer all of our questions without be I purchased a CX-5 earlier this week through Steve Sherman. We went last week to test drive and he was able to answer all of our questions without being pushy. I had in mind the model and color configurations that I wanted and he was able to get it from another dealer that they're associated with without any pressure. We dealt with Alex throughout the financing part of the purchase and he was also great to work with, telling us about the various options that we could purchase without making us feel as though we had to do it. Although there are closer Mazda dealers to my home and work, I would definitely go back to Heritage Mazda of Catonsville the next time we're ready to purchase another vehicle. More
