Excellent Service by Heather Left home to take our daughter back to Raleigh, NC.... half an hour later my Mazda CX5 felt strange.....lights were flashing and codes on the dashboar Left home to take our daughter back to Raleigh, NC.... half an hour later my Mazda CX5 felt strange.....lights were flashing and codes on the dashboard.... then I was losing power. I was able to get off the highway and park at a gas station. My car has only 32,000 miles and I just had it serviced 2 weeks ago. I called the Mazda dealership and spoke with Heather and explained my situation. She was very professional and calming. Of course I had to get the car towed to the dealership.Heather gave me her cell phone# in case she was away from her desk so I could tell her my ETA. Amazingly AAA came in 25 minutes and got it to Heritage Mazda in Catonsville. I met with Heather quickly and they check out my vehicle and diagnosed the problem quickly. They changed out a coil and spark plug and I was back on the road to Raleigh. I have dealt with most of the service people there for maintenance appointments, however Heather was stellar. I will ask for her each time I come back. More
