I took my car in for it's first service. A simple oil change. I waited over 2 hours for this. When I got my car back it smelled like raw fuel. There was a hand smudge print on my door. I appreciate the video of the inspection but I feel like this was a bit overkill for a first service and added to my wait time. I was about to just leave at the 1.5 hour mark but was told my car was in process at that time. My biggest concern is the high level of gas smell inside my brand new leather interior car now. I am not at all happy with this service. I really wanted to be happy and dismissive of this but I just can't give a high rating for this. More

Paris was very friendly and informative in helping complete the purchase and after it was found out that they mistakenly added that the vehicle had a backup camera on the vehicle info/dealer notes online they gave me a discount off the vehicle service warranty.
