Craig was the person I dealt with and he was incredibly knowledgeable. In fact, I want to write about the SERVICE, as I just returned yesterday for my first service. Karl was my fellow and he actually LISTENED and made sure that he'd touched all bases. Scott, the Parts and Accessories man was a jewel--he sympathized with me on the cost of adding the navigation system to my car so I could use the chip. He said that until I was ready to do that, he recommended I use the Mazda app. That seemed great except it seemed too detailed for me to handle right then. No problem--the manager asked Craig to come and help and HE DID IT FOR ME!! Teamwork is a seldom used word these days, but it is exactly what describes this dealership. When Karl said he would take care of my car it seemed he was excited FOR me! He sent the video of the service being done to my iPhone--I could then show that to my husband and it left no question as to what and how things were done! I am more than impressed--I am grateful I used this dealer and now their service. Fantastic! More
We have been servicing our 2016 Mazda CX-9 at the dealership since we bought the car. Getting an appointment for service has always been easy on their webpage. We reached an agreement in terms of sales price quickly and efficiently and had a a great experience! We were also impressed on the cleanliness and adherence to COVID-19 safety procedures that the dealership followed. All employees were in masks and gave customers the necessary space while moving around. Service staff was attentive to cleanliness and sanitizing surfaces and we did not feel at risk at any point at the dealership. After signing all of the documents and finishing the official process there was a very long waiting period for the car to be detailed and ready to drive off the lot. Expediting this process would have made this process perfect. More
