Andre Coleman of Heritage Mazda BelAir was referred to us by a friend of my wife's. He met and greeted us when we arrived at the showroom. He was attentive and listened to our questions and desires. I was very pleased with Andre's professionalism as a salesperson. Considering that my wife is a hard negotiator, I was impressed with his calm and patience as we worked through the buying process. Also, the vehicle I had test driven at another location was transported and delivered to the Bel Air location while we were there. This was the SUV that we drove away in. He then completed the sale with us, explaining we could put a certain amount of money on a credit card in order to earn travel miles.
