we walked into this dealership after an extremely disappointing experience at a very large well known dealership down the road (wont mention any names but it starts with a J). i was with my mother-i disappointing experience at a very large well known dealership down the road (wont mention any names but it starts with a J). i was with my mother-in-law and my 18 month old daughter (so you know who they were dealing with). we were immediately greeted and welcomed by ahmed who had us quickly forget about the last 3 hours we had wasted down the street. the next 2 hours were long with the baby, but ahmed kept us entertained with balloons and personable service. my interactions with john and stephanie were just as charming. stephanie actually gave me a congratulatory hug as i was leaving and john called shortly after my car was delivered to my home to ensure i was happy with my new mazda...which i was of course!! i would definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a car, they were straightforward, friendly and they were able to get me the exactly what i wanted! :) ps. a few days after my car was delivered i realized i had left an item in my loaner car, ahmed tracked down this item from the car which at this point was in delaware! talk about going above and beyond! Dealing with the staff at Heritage was a very pleasant car buying experience. This was my first car that I was financing compared to my parents, and it could have potentially been overwhelming and an easy car buying experience. When I told Ahmed what car I was looking for, he quickly asked why that car, and told me that a less expensive model would probably work better for my needs. After that, I knew I could trust everyone there. I left on Saturday certain I was going to get the car I had test drove, but simply wanted to sleep on such a big decision. They called me Monday after 10am, and I appreciated the call back (and that it wasn't as soon as they dealership opened) and Ahmed waned to make sure I didn't have any more questions. What impressed me was how the dealership went the extra mile to take care of me. I really wanted to stay under my parents' insurance policy to save money with a multi-car discount, and the staff called the insurance company to see if this was possible. When they discovered it wasn't, they got quotes and ended up SAVING me money on my insurance using the same company I have been ever since I started driving. To walk away with a car payment but spending less in insurance excited me. Heritage Bel Air Mazda looks out for their customers. I have been raving about them ever since I drove away! More

I had been all over looking for a new vehicle and did not know what I really wanted to buy. I went to Heritage Mazda of Belair and my Salesman was Larry Eaton. Larry made my car buying experience wonderful!!!And its never wonderful when you have to go and buy a new vehicle. I never once felt pressured into making my mind up of what to buy. Larry walked the lot with me for HOURS!!He explained all the features, engines, vehicle mileage etc...on many vehicles to me. I test drove a vehicle and still did not know what I wanted. I took a new Mazda CX7 out and fell in love with it. Larry sat with me and went over everything about the vehicle. He helped me so much and made my car buying experience a joy!!!I will only go to Heritage Mazda of Belair from now on to purchase my vehicles and I will always have Larry Eaton for my Salesman and hopefully a friend for life. Originally I had bought a part from Heritage Mazda, and after a long drawn out ordeal..I was able to return my part for a full refund. I now feel that John, knowing I was unhappy, went above and beyond to contact me and allow me to bring my un-needed part back to the shop for a refund. He called me personally and set a time for me come in, and was then waiting at the counter for me to arrive. I am now extemely happy with Heritage Mazda and would recommend them in the future. Following my own research, Ahmed coached me on my process and encouraged me to visit the dealership to examine my trade-in. He was unable to be at my arrival and let me know ahead of time. Ahmed arranged that his manager would meet me upon my arrival. The entire showroom was clean, orderly, and my son was able to do his schoolwork while we went through the process. My expectations were managed and we left that evening in our new car. The only point that I would strongly recommend, is that the dealership seriously consider specific and tangible mark-downs for military and government. Given the location and proximity to multiple military installations and federal government facilities, it may be worth considering. As a veteran, I was surprised that Heritage did not have a specific rebate; most dealerships in the area offer something modest such as $250.00, $500.00, etc., Regardless, I left feeling that I received very professional treatment and best value for my trade-in that Heritage could provide. I am also confident that my price was competitive and the entire deal was amicable. More
