He showed us all the bells and whistles on the CX-5 during our test drive, and let us take the car overnight to try it out for another whole day! When we returned to the dealership to go over numbers he had the finance group run numerous options for us to consider. Paul is really very knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. We traded in a 17 year old car and really needed Paul's help to understand how to operate all the new gadgets that have become standard in the new cars. This is the first car we've had that doesn't start with a regular key in the ignition! We also really appreciated the fact that Paul was low pressure, patient, and just overall fun to talk to. More
