The attention payed to explaining the features of the car was particularly welcome and appreciated. Overall, everything went as smoothly and pleasantly as is possible for an automobile purchase. While Paul and his colleagues were pleasant to work with, the prize goes to Diego the puppy. He added a furry note to the proceedings. More
