Above and Beyond Customer Service Our Salesman, Jonathan Christ, could not have been any more helpful or accommodating. We stopped by the dealership early in the evening thinking they Our Salesman, Jonathan Christ, could not have been any more helpful or accommodating. We stopped by the dealership early in the evening thinking they were closed just to look around the parking lot. Jonathan came out and talked to us. He had recently sold my son his car two weeks earlier. We took a test drive and went in to talk about the car. He did not pressure us in any way to purchase the car. Jonathan stayed way past closing time and did not make me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We did leave with a promise to think about it and come back. We went back two days later and worked out a deal that I thought was fair to both sides. He was very friendly and took the time to get to know us. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Today I had a mirror installed on my car. Jonathan arranged to have a car for me to drive and when my car was done; he drove it to my office and swapped cars. Not many people would do that. If we have a need for another car, we will definitely go back to Heritage Mazda of Bel Air, and talk to Jonathan. Buying a car can be stressful; Jonathan made it very easy and not stressful at all.
