Because of traffic, due to the weather, I didn't get to the dealership until an hour before closing. Despite the weather and time, Wil took 2+ hours on that day to show me Mazda's fleet and let me test drive a Mazda3 and Mazda6. He was extremely knowledgeable on the product, answering all the questions. Over a span of 4 weeks I visited 6 dealerships, one of the other being a Mazda dealership, and Heritage Mazda in Bel Air was by far the most accommodating, competent, trustworthy dealership. I went back 2 additional times with my fiance to test drive a few more Mazda3's and eventually we found the perfect vehicle for us. Bruce was fantastically wonderful. It was a very rough start to the year and the month ended with my car dying and me having a nervous breakdown. We walked in and were promptly greeted by Ken Arment. We explained our problem with our current car and suggested we were considering buying a Mazda 3 instead of repairing our Saturn. Ken took over and gave us prices and payments on the Mazda 3 sport and touring models. He then suggested leasing vs buying. Within 3 hours we leased a Mazda 3 i 4=door touring model and drove it home. Ken, the sales manager (name unknown), and Justin (the finance person) were all completely capable, knew their jobs and performed them in an expedient, honest, and friendly manner. It is the best experience I have ever had in buying a car, bar none.The car is everything they said it would be. I don't know which I enjoy more - driving the car or dealing with your sales people. All in all, my wife and I are extremely pleased with our experience at Mazda, and I could never say that before in all my 50 years of buying cars.
