Seemingly Padding Part Costs to Boost Profit. My Warranty Company was charged $572 ($522 after they applied a discount) for Part #KJL1-69-181C. The most expensive I was able to find this part o My Warranty Company was charged $572 ($522 after they applied a discount) for Part #KJL1-69-181C. The most expensive I was able to find this part online from other Mazda Dealers was around $400. This was the reason the Warranty company didn't cover the whole part cost because it was "over MSRP" as per the Service Advisor's own reasoning when I questioned why they didn't cover the whole amount. I've never seen a Dealer pad their own part costs like this. Leaves a real sour taste in mouth to be honest. Beware! More

Ken was with a customer so Justin Craig helped me with the factory reset. The phone problem was still there after the reset. Justin took a look at my Samsung phone and found a well hidden setting thay was buried deep in the phone system that solved the problem. Kudos to Ken and Justin for customer service that was above and beyond expectations. More
