Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership if you are not local and unable to inspect it in person. The vehicle I received had multiple imperfections that were not disclosed prior to delivery and was not not local and unable to inspect it in person. The interior was not vacuumed or wiped down and had a noticeable odor upon arrival. When I contacted management to discuss these concerns, no reasonable resolution was offered. Instead, I was told I would need to drive 10 hours round-trip to have the vehicle detailed—something that should have been completed before delivery. When I asked about being reimbursed for having the vehicle professionally detailed locally, I was told the dealership does not use a professional detailing service and only performs a basic “soft detail” before sale. Had I been able to see the vehicle in person before purchasing, I likely would have made a different decision. If you are local and can inspect the vehicle yourself, your experience may be different. However, I would strongly caution out-of-state or long-distance buyers. More
