Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership if you are not local and unable to inspect it in person. The vehicle I received had multiple imperfections that were not disclosed prior to delivery and was not not local and unable to inspect it in person. The vehicle I received had multiple imperfections that were not disclosed prior to delivery and was not properly detailed. The interior was not vacuumed or wiped down and had a noticeable odor upon arrival. When I contacted management to discuss these concerns, no reasonable resolution was offered. Instead, I was told I would need to drive 10 hours round-trip to have the vehicle detailed—something that should have been completed before delivery. When I asked about being reimbursed for having the vehicle professionally detailed locally, I was told the dealership does not use a professional detailing service and only performs a basic “soft detail” before sale. Had I been able to see the vehicle in person before purchasing, I likely would have made a different decision. If you are local and can inspect the vehicle yourself, your experience may be different. However, I would strongly caution out-of-state or long-distance buyers. More

Heritage Mazda Bel Air made leasing my new CX-5 an easy and comfortable experience from start to finish. That kind of dedication really stood out. Justin was excellent throughout the process — responsive, straightforward, and low-pressure. When he couldn’t be there for pickup, Chris and Josh stepped up seamlessly. Cassandra in finance was fantastic too — knowledgeable, funny, and made everything crystal clear.
