Extremely patient and supportive dealer wins "problem buyer" I bought my new Outback last week from Matt Nemetz at Heritage Subaru and I really have to admire his patience... he test-drove 3 completely different I bought my new Outback last week from Matt Nemetz at Heritage Subaru and I really have to admire his patience... he test-drove 3 completely different cars with me over the last couple of months as I was "upgrading" from a sports car to an SUV and didn't know where to start. Matt was extremely helpful and supportive as I changed my mind a dozen times before picking the Outback and even when I switched from a 2017 to a 2018 at the very last second he was totally unfazed and supportive (and we got great support from Kevin Engle and Alex Barash during that change.)
