Mr. Yong Lee was the polar opposite during our purchase of our 2018 Subaru Forester. He was exceptionally polite, very knowledgable and did not pressure the sale. Our existing SUV is 14 years old and there are many new features in the 2018 Forester that needed explanation. Mr Lee very deliberately explained the many features and made us feel comfortable with the technology featured vehicle. We also met Kevin Riebert who will be our outreach contact for further help. Processing of paperwork was prompt and went smoothly. I was initially very hesitant about purchasing the extended warranty but after an informative discussion by the Heritage staff, the amortized cost proved to be very reasonable.
