I was prepared to walk out if I got a hard sell or was made to feel uncomfortable or pressured, but Anthony Arnoux was so polite and easy to talk to that I ended up buying a 2017 Subaru Outback from him the next day. That's right - I left that afternoon with all the information I wanted, went home to talk it over with my husband, and came back the next day ready to make a deal. It was a long process, primarily because I had a laundry list of wants as well as a firm payment number in my head, but Anthony and his management team (especially Justin Cleaver) were so patient and so welcoming that I never felt pressured or guilted into making a decision. I truly felt like they were interested in what was going to be the best car, and best financing deal, for me and my family. I even went right home and recommended their dealership (and Subarus in general) to my parents, who were in the market for a used car.
