Love My Outback On a October 14th I went to look at an Outback, I had already researched the type of vehicle I was pretty sure I wanted to buy. Upon arriving a gentle On a October 14th I went to look at an Outback, I had already researched the type of vehicle I was pretty sure I wanted to buy. Upon arriving a gentlemen was standing outside and asked me if he could help me find where I wanted to go, since I clearly looked uncertain. I told him I was looking for the entrance to the Subaru showroom, which he gladly did. At that point I didn't realize he was a salesperson, then he introduced himself to me as Steve Sherman. I explained to him I wasn't going to buy a vehicle today, that this was my first time in a Subaru dealership and I wanted to explore the options, the different models available for the Outback and take a test drive. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, polite and not high pressure to buy. At the end of all the demonstrations, explanations and test drive, I knew I wanted an Outback. I decided I wanted a dark (navy) blue with a brown interior with all the bells and whistles I could get. Steve, went to their inventory, came back and told me the exact color combination with the equipment I wanted would be at the dealership within a couple of days. On Monday the 16th, I got a call from Steve telling me the Outback had arrived, I told him I would be there after work. By 8:30 pm I was driving my new Subaru Outback home. I waited to write a review, because this isn't something I normally do, but I absolutely love my Outback an believe it or not, my husband thinks it drives, rides and handles like his Lexus RX350. I have always driven Mercedes, Lexus and my last car was an Acura, I am a converted Subaru driver/owner. Secretly, I have a feeling we will be a two Subaru family in the future. As for salespeople, Steve Sherman gets an A+, just a really nice, friendly person and extremely knowledgeable about his product and that means everything to me.
