All those involved in the process were patient, understanding, giving me a clear, concise description of what happened to the car. I am very pleased with what I was given on the car, as a trade in, and I am now the owner of a 2017 Crosstrek. Mr. Sherman worked as hard as any car salesman I have ever encountered, to see that I got the best deal possible!
