We went in looking to get a car for my fiancée and left with three cars. One for her, one for my mom and one for myself. The reviews are focused on the product with the little mention of the go between to get you into a new vehicle. . .website, staff and responsiveness. I must say that Heritage Subaru gets high marks for quality product and staff. William Hoyt, our sales person, is excellent to deal with. The final process was a little slow due to covid19 social distancing, and he arranged a loaner so we could go home and take care of our dog while we were waiting. Customer compassion goes a long way. We are satisfied with the Forester and all of the attention and follow-up since purchasing. Keep up the good work! More
