Steve made the process more pleasant, despite the time it took our car to come from a satellite location. We also felt that Steve provided value by educating us. My wife passed away recently. Steve facilitated a trade in of 03 Baja and 14 Legacy vechicle and the purchase of a new Forester. Steve is a fine example of customer service and importance of satisfied customer who becomes a repeat buyer. Sadly, this may be the last vehicle I purchase from Steve who tells me he will retire soon. Great job Steve. Telephone communication problems The receptionist for Subaru : 1 1/2 hrs. After car was scheduled to Be ready , I called and told 1 more hr. That w as also written on order sheet. Called 1 1/2 hrs. later and she apologized that she had forgotten to call, the had been ready. I waited outside with my paper work for some time and then saw my car drive up the hill to the building for the car wash. After some MORE time it came back down dripping wet but clean. A lot of my time was wasted.This was a recall service. More
