He also answered questions I emailed him and after I purchased my car, he made it clear that he was available to assist me for the long haul, beyond just buying a car from him. Throughout the process Matt was very helpful and let me make my own decisions (i.e., no pressure) and negotiate the process (which he explained in just the level of detail I wanted) at my own pace.
