Had an appointment to get the breaks replaced. Got in and got it done. Additional recommendations were done in regards to the state of my truck. I was hoping for the shuttle to take me home, but i Got in and got it done. Additional recommendations were done in regards to the state of my truck. I was hoping for the shuttle to take me home, but it was not available and by the time it was available it was 30 minutes before job was completed. Other than that. Great service and communication from Ashlyn throughout the process. I especially like the communication from maintenance technician with the video and options to accept or decline services with exact charge listed for my review. Overall great experience. More

the receipnist is not so experiansed, for my car some noise, first day, she evaluate and ask me replace 4 bushes, still have noise, second day replace one side wheel bearing, and the noise gone, but I pa noise, first day, she evaluate and ask me replace 4 bushes, still have noise, second day replace one side wheel bearing, and the noise gone, but I pay all for more than $1,400, I think it should be fix in first day and find the Noise coming from the wheel bearing. what can I say? the dealer even does not want second day fix wheel bearing free charge. I have been a Subaru owner for nearly thirty years and have experienced a range of service advisors, from excellent to poor, across three dealerships. For the past three years, I have been with Heritage, have experienced a range of service advisors, from excellent to poor, across three dealerships. For the past three years, I have been with Heritage, and I must commend their approach to business. They never charge for updates to the head unit, and unlike another dealership, they are always honest with me. This honesty has led me to drive an extra twenty minutes to visit Heritage. The technicians now provide videos sent to my smartphone, showing their findings during inspections, followed by discussions with the service advisors about what repairs are urgent and which can wait. There is no pressure, and they even offer to wash my car after the work is completed. Lynese, a new face at Heritage for me, made an excellent impression by speaking to me several times during my visit with updates, always with a smile and even apologizing for matters beyond her control, which she was not obligated to do. I appreciated the recognition and respect for my time as a customer from Lynese and I will surely ask for her the next time I bring my Subaru for service at Heritage. One thing that has nothing to do with my service advisor, how's about fixing the TV in the waiting area, it has definitely seen better days? More
