Have had two bad experiences with Robert Wiggington, Service Lane Manager. My 2 year old car with 20,000 miles on it has been in the shop since 7/25/22 due to a bad Thermal Control Valve waiting for par Service Lane Manager. First, Robert told me it was fine to drive my car when the service tech said it should not be driven as it could overheat. Today, I was asked to come in to sign new papers since I had the loaner for 30 days. When I got there, Robert came out and I proceeded to let him know that what we thought was bug splatter on the windshield was in fact a chip that someone tried to epoxy. I found this out when I washed the car and attempted to clean the bugs off the windshield and bumper. Trying to be honest, I let him know this today. He proceeded to tell me that is not true, "he detailed the car himself." The car was not detailed, it was vacuumed and had been run through the car wash and not dried as it was still wet. I had a friend with me who can confirm that. I wasn't accusing him as I thought they may have thought it was bug splatter just like I did and I was trying to be honest. He immediately attacked and told me it was not safe for me to drive the car with a tiny chip in the windshield and my insurance would have to pay for the windshield. Well, I didn't do it, it unknowingly was there when I picked the car up. So much for being honest and some much for good customer service in this situation. I guess I'm on the hook since I missed it, but I think it's dirty. More

Our service advisor Gabriel Rozzi worked hard to make sure our problems get resolved. He kept us informed throughout the repair process. He did a good job. After several unanswered phone calls, during normal business hours, to get an appointment, one was finally made. Upon arrival, I was met by LeJuan Robinson who took excellent care of getting me through business hours, to get an appointment, one was finally made. My service manager is Lejuan Robinson and I think that she is the best service manager that I have ever had since I started buying cars over 45 years ago. My car is 5 years old and I know that I may be in the market for another one in a few years and because of people like her I would definitely consider a new Subaru at the dealership were she works. She is the best Subaru has to offer. I know that Subaru is one of the best brands out there but it really is a plus to have exceptional people to represent that brand.
