Answering every question and making sure all my needs and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction before, during, and after the car buying process. At every opportunity going beyond expectation, making the entire experience easy and a joy. He was an amazing liaison between me and entire staff from the hand off to the finance manager, Josh Jones (Again, Amazing), to Jason Vanish who was phenomenal at taking care of me while getting my remote start installed, and even your wonderful Technology Specialist Ariella Brant, who did a great job showing me the little things I would have never known about my car and even promised to follow up with me regarding a question I asked that was a little outside her realm. That's the kinds of things I really appreciate. When someone says "I don't know, but I'll find out for you" that's someone who takes ownership of an issue and I really respect that. Bill did the same thing for me regarding my Android Auto (a feature I had been waiting two years to be released). He found a resolution to my connection problem and stopped by to see me to share the solution on his way into work. You don't get that kind of service from other places. For that reason, even though I have two other Subaru dealerships closer to me, I will be driving the extra 20 mins (in my sexy new 2018 Legacy) to see Bill and the team at Heritage Subaru for all my future service and car buying needs! Extremely friendly, helpful, and devoted to her work! I had originally reached out to Heritage Subaru to see if I could upgrade my leased Subaru Forester to a new model with additional safety features. Af I had originally reached out to Heritage Subaru to see if I could upgrade my leased Subaru Forester to a new model with additional safety features. After speaking with Steve Brown, the internet sales manager on the phone, I made an appointment to visit the dealership. Upon my arrival, I was promptly greeted by Pam Steinmetz whom Steve Brown had turned my inquiry over to. Pam was such a pleasure to work with. I didn't get the sense at all that she was pressuring me into buying anything or that she was trying to take advantage of me in anyway. Half of the time, while we were waiting for finance to finish their job, Pam and I sat around and talked about family, vacations, and our lives outside of the car purchase. I definitely made a new friend! Her answers to my questions were always straightforward and if she didn't know the answer offhand, she sought out somebody who did. The process of leasing is not always easy and the process of switching to a new vehicle before your lease is up is even more complicated. Pam and her colleagues in the finance department practically bent over backwards to work out the best possible deal that they could for me. It was an uphill battle but Pam remained pleasant the entire time and was always very transparent. I highly recommend her as a sales person if you are looking to purchase or lease a new Subaru or Volkswagen or if you are looking to purchase a used car. More

Flat tire on new Forester Well so much for service after the sale! And first I was impressed with this place but 3 months after I buy a brand new Forester I come in with a de Well so much for service after the sale! And first I was impressed with this place but 3 months after I buy a brand new Forester I come in with a defective front tire. Not even enough mileage for the first oil change but the damage to the tire is not a manufacturer defect, it's a pot hole or curb damage. They can't explain why the rim does not even have a scratch, or why the tire just went flat on the highway. No holes no nothing just mysterious bubbles that appeared after the tire went flat. I am sure they get folks all the time that are trying to get something repaired without charge when they are at fault, but this is just not the case here. Rather than taking in to account all the other data that does not support the conclusion they just don't give a xxxx. It's all about the money they can make in the short run. I never even saw the sales manager, just the service manager who was more interested in me voicing my disapproval in front of other customers rather than bothering to hear my side. He just said it was the sales managers call, and not his fault, or problem I guess. Very disappointed, last time I will be here for anything! More
