I was able to work through most of the questions and financial details ahead of time via email and text, which made everything very efficient. By the time I arrived at the dealership, the majority of the deal was already structured. Andre and Ansley were both fantastic to work with — responsive, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. Even when I decided to change models during the process, they were able to quickly update the numbers and walk me through the differences without missing a beat. Ansley was especially impressive — extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, trim comparisons, pricing, and overall process. This is our first Subaru, and there was definitely a learning curve with the features and technology, but the entire team was genuine, transparent, and thorough in explaining everything. The finance department was just as smooth and knowledgeable, making the final paperwork straightforward and stress-free. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Jewel (the internet sales manager) gave me a competitive quote on the vehicle I was interested in, right off the bat. Ansley (the sales representative I worked with) was fantastic. I really appreciated the time he took to point out and explain many features of the car, including ones I may have never stumbled across even after reading the owners manual. Shawn (the general manager) touched base with me multiple times, which really showed me that this dealership top to bottom cares about each customer. This was not the closest dealership to my home, but I'm very glad went the extra distance to work with these folks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore-Washington area looking for a Subaru. More

This had to be the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE was super friendly, informative and went the distance to earn my business. I drove almost 4 experience I've ever had! EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE was super friendly, informative and went the distance to earn my business. I drove almost 4 hours, I live near Indiana, PA, to purchase my Subaru Ascent and it was well worth the trip. Starting with Chuck taking the time to make and send me a video of the car to Milton working to make all options and numbers work, to Shawn taking the time to chat, to Bill, one of the Service Managers giving me a mini tour of their ultra clean service area to Aaron, (I think) detailing my car to make sure it was just perfect and chatting . . . forgive me if I forgot anyone! I am willing to travel, obviously, for good service at a fair price and these folks delivered!! If you are even considering a Subaru, save your time and just go to Heritage . . . an A++ experience!! More
