Because Mei Kei was well aware I was moving from a bare-bones 2005 sedan into a high-tech 2020 Subaru Forester SUV, she unselfishly dedicated a generous amount of her time showing me important features of the car in order for me to feel comfortable and confident driving away from her dealership. When we initially called the dealership, they immediately began gathering the information and cars we were interested in. On our drive to the dealership, they called to let us know that they would be ready when we arrived. We were able to test drive the cars that evening and got pricing information on our options. My wife said that she really appreciated the time that Mei Kei spent before even going on-road to review the newer features of the car. I still think there is too much paperwork with a car purchase, but the whole event went smoothly. We also went back a few days later to meet with Ariella, who gave us an in-depth review of all the technology on the car.
