I had one of the best experiences. I walked in and was greeted right away by Sumbal. She listened and understood that I was in the market for my first Outback Subaru. I was wanting the top of the line with all the bells and whistles. I was unsure about trading my car in and ended up trading my care and getting a fair deal on that. I did not have my spare key or title with me and Sumbal ended up coming to my home to pick up the items. I was not thinking that I would walk out of the dealership that night with a new car, but I did. The whole process was excellent from beginning to end. In my past experience with other dealers I have gotten flustered and walked out because of being pushed into something I was not comfortable. Not this time, very pleasant experience. I feel very comfortable that if I need anything that I can ask and will be given an answer. More

Jewel (the internet sales manager) gave me a competitive quote on the vehicle I was interested in, right off the bat. Ansley (the sales representative I worked with) was fantastic. I really appreciated the time he took to point out and explain many features of the car, including ones I may have never stumbled across even after reading the owners manual. Shawn (the general manager) touched base with me multiple times, which really showed me that this dealership top to bottom cares about each customer. This was not the closest dealership to my home, but I'm very glad went the extra distance to work with these folks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore-Washington area looking for a Subaru. More
