Bought my vehicle over 5 months ago and still have not received the title. They tried to make me sign fraudulent paperwork. I have asked for a refund of my purchase, and they will not give it back! I BOUGHT MY CAR/signed paperwork E-sign 11/6/26 Because it took them 6 days to call me back after taking my $3000 deposit on 11/01/26. They would not return my calls. I live In Missouri, if a dealership fails to deliver the title within 30 days you are entitled to a refund or other remedies under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act or other laws. Maryland laws may also apply since the purchase was made there. Under Missouri law (Section 407.020 RSMo), failing to deliver a title can be considered an unfair practice. You may be eligible for a refund or other relief. In Maryland, the Motor Vehicle Administration regulates vehicle sales, and failure to provide a title is a serious issue (MD Transp. Code Ann. § 15- Despite multiple attempts to contact your dealership, the issue remains unresolved. I will take this as far as I need to. I’ve requested multiple times for the owners information to email them. Again, no one calls back. Now that I have left a message on Bbb and attorney General, then they call back. Given I've paid in full and haven't received the title, can’t register my vehicle, documenting all communication. As required by law in MO and MD, they must pass title upon sale. Law is 30 days! This is breach of contract in MD. I have a vehicle I can’t license or borrow money against. I've been pulled over 3 times with expired temp tag. I have shown them my Heritage Toyota Mile One Auto Group would not return my phone calls for weeks then months! By the time they finally called me back they had no answer as to what they did! Then they tried making me sign paperwork all over again without my tax credit! I have all supporting documents, texts, and screen shots needed for this case! I'm demanding 1. 100% Refund Of Purchase $39,074.00 and shipping $625.00 2. Reimbursement for the expired tax credit $2.870.40 3. I should be requesting Compensation for the inconvenience! DO NOT BUY HERE / CHEATERS / SCAMMERS / SWINDLERS / CON ARTISTS GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM TO EVER CALL YOU BACK WORST PURCHASE EVER / OVER 4 MONTHS NO TITLE AND THEY WON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK JUST IMAGINE IF YOUR VEHICLE BREAKS DOWN OR YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE I just want my money back so I can do business with an organization/ dealership that values their customers!
