The worst service experience! When I met with a service director regarding this disappointing experience, he promised to follow-up to compensate the wasted time. Very inexperienced and unprofessional service adviser. I took my car there for a regular oil change and after getting my car back I have the seat belt light for the passenger seat on the dash and it wouldn I took my car there for a regular oil change and after getting my car back I have the seat belt light for the passenger seat on the dash and it wouldnt go away unless i actually click it in as though somebody is sitting there. I took it back to them and they they are basically trying to make me pay $500 plus for an issue that wasn’t there before I took my car to them. The gentleman names chuck was very unprofessional and disrespectful. At the same time they have there sales department calling me trying to buy my car. They work together. Customer service is zero. It was my first time and I’m never going back to them again. More

The whole process was a breeze! I went in on 20 December to purchase a car. The model and color that I wanted had just been sold the day before. I was a little disappointed. He checked with other dealers to see if I could get the model and color that I wanted. Dave showed my wife and I the model that I wanted but in a different color. My wife and I love the new color. Ms. Tyree in the finance department was very helpful. She presented with all of the options that were available to me. She took the time to go through and explain everything. Heritage Toyota will be my first choice when looking to purchase a vehicle. More
