Thank God that Jennie stayed and helped us because the finance person, Dominic, was extremely unprofessional. He was not only do not explain the questions that we asked, but also very pushed (I even felt that we were forced) even after we clearly stated that we do not want to purchase any extended warranty and maintenance service. In addition, Dominic even changed the purchase price that we had agreed. Like my husband felt that we were held hostage for an unnecessary extended long period of time to finish the finance papers. Dominic made us very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Cory Snyder (Finance Manager) is also wonderful. He fixed the huge mistake that Dominic made when we came to pick up the new car next day. He explained our questions and provided quick and accurate services. If we even need to purchase another car, we will definitely purchase from Jennie again. In addition, we will request Cory to be our finance manger. We don't want to deal with someone who does not know what he is doing anymore! More

Tired of waiting!! My wife and I felt we got a fair price for our used car... but we had to sit at the office for 3+ hours to close the transaction. I was told it shoul My wife and I felt we got a fair price for our used car... but we had to sit at the office for 3+ hours to close the transaction. I was told it should only take 1 to 1.5 hrs. They kept telling us that our car would be cleaned before we left. The financing was done after 1.5 hrs. BUT, we ended up waiting an additional 1.5 hrs because "the car will be cleaned and ready to go in 5 minutes!". They told us that 3 times. I grew very impatient waiting and hearing the same excuse over and over again. I complained to the manager (Daryl). Then, someone realized that our car was just sitting in the lot and had not even been sent to be cleaned!! We were waiting for 1.5 hrs and it wasn't even cleaned!! I became irate!! As I stormed out of there, Daryl said, "I apologize sir and I tell you what... the next time you happen to be in the neighborhood, I'll fill up your tank for you..." Is that lame or what?! They made a big mistake and we had to waste our day waiting and that's how much they value their customer AFTER making the sale! Perhaps if the sale hadn't been made yet, they would have offered a reasonable compensation... I told him, "RIDICULOUS! Forget it!!" and left in a huff... More
