Went to Heritage Toyota Catonsville on March 10 for service on my Camry, which included the backup camera not working properly. When the work was done, I drove to Walmart to do some shopping. When I backed out of the parking space, I discovered that the backup camera was not working properly. So, I drove back to the service department and was told that I could leave my car or bring it back the next day (March 11). I chose to bring it back the next day where I was told that they found the problem with the backup camera--a wobbly driver's side mirror. I was given a shocking estimate to fix the problem, but I told them I would think about it. Now, when I drove to the service department on March 10, I had no wobbly mirror; drove out of the service department that day, no wobbly mirror. When I drove back to the service department on March 11, I had no wobbly mirror. When I drove home from the service department, I had a WOBBLY mirror! What does that tell you. In the meantime, I have talked with Chuck McMurray, Service Advisor, trying to find out how this mirror became wobbly while at the service department. He said that he would be in touch with me. When I didn't hear from him, I called him and he indicated that he was still working on it. A second call resulted in me leaving a message for him to call me. I didn't get a response to that call. Subsequently, I learned he was out of the office for two weeks. I took my car back on April 3 and had them fix the driver's side mirror which solved the backup camera problem. I have been a customer of this dealership for over 25+ years. I have bought three Camrys there and have always taken my car to their service department. I will never again take my Camry to the Heritage Toyota Catonsville service department. They have really disappointed me. Linda McDaniel More
