Instead, I got Jeyson Villalta, who, in acting like a genuine human being, came across as an angel. He didn't try any car salesmen tactics, or if he did, he was very gentle and natural about it. He listened, asked which car I'd like, showed me the car, calmly answered my questions, exchanged jokes with me, and chatted with me about how he got into car selling. He didn't try to persuade me to buy anything. I became so calm and relaxed that I felt comfortable buying a car from him. They were all so professional and orderly that I believed them when they said the car price was fixed by Toyota corporate and that they could only affect the trade in value. It made negotiating a lot shorter. Jeyson's manager tried to low ball the trade in, but once I showed them a higher range that another dealership offered, they matched the highest end of that range. The final deal was better than any other dealership I had went to with so much less pain. I'm very happy More
