I want to preface this review by stating that I did NOT purchase a vehicle from Heritage Toyota Catonsville. While shopping around for a new Toyota Tacoma, I came across Heritage Toyota Catonsville. Al purchase a vehicle from Heritage Toyota Catonsville. While shopping around for a new Toyota Tacoma, I came across Heritage Toyota Catonsville. Alexis, from sales, was by far the most customer friendly person I have ever met while going through this process. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Due to the low inventory of vehicles, there was not much available options to look at. Alexis worked day and night to try to find the right vehicle for me. He was not pushy nor did he attempt to get me into the next available vehicle. In the 1-2 week process of searching, Alexis was able to find me multiple vehicles that had most of my wants (which right now, with the high level of demand and low level of supply was basically impossible). I can not commend him enough for his professionalism and work ethic. The only reason I did not purchase a car from Alexis and Heritage was that I had already put a deposit down on a Tacoma that checked every single box of mine. With that being said, if the same truck was available through Heritage, I would not hesitate to buy from them — based off of the customer support and service I received. More
