no concern about COVID I have written to the General Manager already about my concerns with this dealership. The staff were not wearing masks, or not wearing them correctly, I have written to the General Manager already about my concerns with this dealership. The staff were not wearing masks, or not wearing them correctly, no hand sanitizer anywhere, asked to use an electric pen that was not cleaned, had to ask the finance person to put on her mask and to stop removing it to talk. There are signs up all over the dealership that masks are required, but staff is not complying. The next day I got a marketing email stating how COVID safe it is at their dealership. So I had to complain. I did receive a very nice letter back from the GM. The salesman was young, but did an OK job. Seemed to give glib replies when he didn't know the answers to questions. Lamont was very professional and helpful. Really knew a lot about the car. Was willing to work with me to get the price we needed. More
