Mr. Larry Bouldin On December 16th,2019 I purchased a 2016 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. Mr. Bouldin treated me as if I was his daughter. After our test drive of the vehicle, he On December 16th,2019 I purchased a 2016 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. Mr. Bouldin treated me as if I was his daughter. After our test drive of the vehicle, he sat and went over practically every button, knob, and pedal with me. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and HONEST. He is a man of INTEGRITY. Sean Locklear, Ali Morsy and Rodney Dennis were all stellar!! I emailed Sean days in advance to get some pricing. Without hesitation he started to help. He searched for the right vehicle, the right pri stellar!! I emailed Sean days in advance to get some pricing. Without hesitation he started to help. He searched for the right vehicle, the right price and the right bank. He was always personable and helpful. I was introduced to Ali via phone call and he was nothing short of a kind and patient man. We met with them Saturday. The had the vehicle ready and waiting. Me being the picky person I am asked if we could find it in another color. Without hesitation they tried, this particular vehicle wasn’t easy to come by anymore. These men were patient and never hesitated to help. In the end we stayed with our original vehicle. They got all of the necessary paperwork together and went to finance a short time later with Rodney. He was kind and informative. He provided us with all the information we asked and helped the process go easy and smooth. I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership like I did with them. They were patient and friendly. They never pushed and were always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you for putting up with me guys! We appreciate everything you did for us!! More
