Money Hungry My wifes 4Runner started to show the CHECK ENGINE light. So I took two weeks ago the car to R&H and told Spiro to check everything and let me know wha My wifes 4Runner started to show the CHECK ENGINE light. So I took two weeks ago the car to R&H and told Spiro to check everything and let me know whats required. Spiro is calling and says the car needs this and that essentially oil and filter changes including power steering and transmission. I agreed, the did the job and I paid $560 for some maintenance. It looked high but because of the steering fluid and general check up I said OK. Last week, my wife calls and says another CHECK ENGINE is on. So I reschedule with R&H they check the car and Aphonse calls with the news that the car needs fuel air ratio sensor replacement and that is apron $565. The cost of the diagnostic $115 would be inluded in the repair. I think diagnostic must be paid but wondered why the first time they diagnosed the car nothing showed up. Talked to the manager who calls Spio and Alphonse into his office. Spiro shows the computer record of the first repair and states there was no diagnostic made. I paid the $115 for the diagnostic furious that they didn't do it as I requested the first time. A sensor is a scrtew in screw out job. they wanted around 4 hours labor and $260 for the sensor. I checked sensors online and they are under $100. Threfore, please take my advise: AVOID R&H Toyota for service. Its super priced and just out to get you again and again! More
Excellent service I was pleased by the service offered by R&H Toyota. In addition to servicing my car, someone also helped me to set up my Bluetooth and they did a gre I was pleased by the service offered by R&H Toyota. Not all stations do that, but my car was sparkling clean as well as serviced with regular maintenance. Roy was my service representative and he did a fine job of explaining what needed to be done and what could be deferred.. More

I was asked to come in to see if I qualify for new car. On July 10, 2015, I went in; within 1 1/2 hour I was told congratulations. I was in shock and I still am in shock. I walked out with a 2015 car. If you have any doubt in qualifying for a new car; go to R & H Toyota; ask for Ms. Erika Danielle. I do not believe you will be disappointed. More

Every new car I have bought has been from R & H (7) Every new car I have ever bought has been from R & H. First one in 1969 was a Mercedes --- an overpriced piece of junk. I was never so glad to get r Every new car I have ever bought has been from R & H. First one in 1969 was a Mercedes --- an overpriced piece of junk. I was never so glad to get rid of a car as I was that one. Next I had a '85 Tercel, the only car I could sit upright in then --- your Camry and Corolla models were too small. A 86 Camry was next but my son in law wrecked it. A switched to Honda Accord s then, as Toyota didn't make a high end 5 speed shift car. Bought new a '93, a '97 and a 2003, all from R & H.. All good cars except for the sound systems. Clutch gave out at 200,000 with the 93 (the same thing that gave out the Tercel after 245,000). The 97 has 165,000 on it (my daughter drives it) and the 03 has 138,000. I most recently bought a high end Camry and except for the fact it is an automatic I love it (almost as much as my 1954 Hudson Hornet). I paid extra to get rid of the GPS system but I like the back up camera. I didn't feel this latter was necessary but my wife loves it. Please consider making a 5 speed again on the high end --- a Camry or better yet an Avalon. It swill be my last car purchase probably am turning 80 next birthday). I intend to continue to use R & H for my new car needs (if I live long enough to warrent buying again). Great dealership. Charles Gardner Mallonee II More
