Brad was exceptional. Very low pressure, which my wife and I loved,and answered all our questions. Brad reached out to me 2weeks ago about a RAV4 Prime coming in that was Very low pressure, which my wife and I loved,and answered all our questions. Brad reached out to me 2weeks ago about a RAV4 Prime coming in that was not yet reserved. He got me the specs on the car and kept it available until I could get to Heritage the next day to reserve it. The RAV4 came in as scheduled and was clean and ready to roll when we arrived.
