Alex was great, reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is because I purchased a 33,000 car and was only given a 1/2 tank of gas. I was not given the option to keep my hard tags and I was pressured into chang because I purchased a 33,000 car and was only given a 1/2 tank of gas. I was not given the option to keep my hard tags and I was pressured into changing my insurance prior to speaking with finance; i change my insurance prematurely and left without the vehicle.
