Since I bought the car, he has been especially helpful, for example when I was physically unable to come to the delearship to get my permanent license plates installed. He came to my driveway to install them before the temporary plates expired. He also has patiently answered the many questions I have had since I bought the car, and there are many because of all the amazing but complicated safety and other systems in this car that were absent from my 2028 Camry hybrid but were the only reason that I traded in my older car. Katie was great helping us purchase our “new” used vehicle. We were in a time crunch, so she was expedient but efficient in getting our trade in valued, paperwork done, and out of there fairly quickly vehicle. Mr. Brian Park was very professional, honest, and courteous. We waited 3 months for our car. He kept us up to date regularly so we never had to follow up on the status of the car.
