Very smooth transaction I recently purchased a used Tacoma from Carlos. In as little as 3 hours, the transaction was completed and I was able to drive the vehicle home. This I recently purchased a used Tacoma from Carlos. In as little as 3 hours, the transaction was completed and I was able to drive the vehicle home. This is the 5th vehicle that I purchased from Heritage Toyota Owings Mills (it was still R&H Toyota back then) and Carlos helped me out in all of those purchases. Carlos is very professional in dealing with me. He is very straight forward. With his vast knowledge in cars, he will tell you the pros and cons of purchasing a particular vehicle. During the test drive, he showed me the features of the vehicle and gave some tips on how to make the most of the vehicle. Thanks again Carlos and I will see you on my next purchase. More
