I had absolutely no intentions of buying at the first Toyota store visited. The salesman provided all the information needed. I was about to leave when I had an opportunity to speak with one of the Managers- Nick Vendt. We discussed my visit and the vehicle and he told me about himself and his organization. He made me feel at ease and that this was the Dealership and organization that I wanted to deal with now and the in the future. I made my purchase that day and have no doubt that I made the right decision. Nick also gave me his personal contact information and told me to feel free to contact him if there was ever an issue that wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. More

I can say in all honesty, I had THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE This was the purchase of my 13th vehicle. Yes, I just sat and counted for this survey. I can say in all honesty, I had THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE ever. Now this does span a few decades, but if there's any dealership that gets it right, it's Heritage Toyota. Had a specific vehicle in mind, but still walked the lot, you know, just to make sure. I didn't see what I wanted in the lot, so headed to the showroom. It's the pervervial trap, yuck! But it wasn't, we were greeted by Nick, the general manager, who then graciously introduced us to Will. It was a great time from there on. Will found the model I was looking right away and we went for the test drive. It was fun and informative, he made us feel comfortable and relaxed, because he was treating us as 'friends' and not as prey. We got back to the dealership and, knowing we were going to move forward with the purchase, everything ran smoothly. We met Stephanie the finance manager, who was more interested in us rather than 'the deal'. She was great. Remember Nick the general manager? Well, he came back to see how the test ride went and got us water. Super guy. Will continued his service extradinaire. Papers were moving with efficiency. Documents were explained and moved on to the appropriate individuals to execute their process. We met Teah who came over to help get the tags and registration done. Team Work! But I have to say, if Will in any way turned out to be that typical salesman, I would have not hesitated to leave. But he was such a great guy. While waiting for my car to be 'delivered' we walked the showroom and talked about all the other models. He is a true Toyota guy. I was impressed. Well, my car was brought around and Will touched on all the important features and had me execute functions instead of rushing me though a 30 second tutorial. He made sure I was ready to operated my new vehicle. I drove off and though a little nervous, I was comfortable with the fact that I was familiar with the displays and functions. Will called me today to see how everything was going. I didn't know how to set up Toyota remote start. Well asked if I had time to do it, and it was done on 3 minutes. I was made to feel welcomed, important and respected. I can say that We felt comfortable with Will. Go to Heritage Toyota for your next vehicle. I have never felt so strongly about any business I've dealt with, ever. More
