This was not my first rodeo as I have purchased and leased many cars over the years. My recent experience with Heritage Toyota's Sales Associate Thomas Payne was absolutely the finest car buying / leas leased many cars over the years. My recent experience with Heritage Toyota's Sales Associate Thomas Payne was absolutely the finest car buying / leasing experience I have ever had. Tom and I connected virtually as I was beginning the process of looking for a new car. During our conversations Tom quickly identified my needs and found the right vehicle that would fit my lifestyle. When arriving at the dealership to meet Tom he was very well prepared as we took a test drive where his product knowledge of the vehicle was excellent. The rest is history since from there we worked through the buying and leasing options and that same evening I took possession of a new Toyota Venza! I would also like to tip my hat to Patrick Weeks from the Finance Dept. as he was outstanding as quickly getting all the financing in place as Thomas and Patrick demonstrated true "Team Work" as they also worked beyond their normal business schedule, thank you.
