We have had an amazing experience with Heritage Toyota so! We are are in the market for a new car and are test driving a couple different makes and models. Every single person we interacted with through the online trade-in value, internet sales people, and in person have blow us out of the water. We brought our two young kiddos and we able to install car seats and talk about options while feeling completely valued and respected. Neal was great to work with. We had a long wait for our Prime and he checked in with us the perfect amount. We also flip flopped on what we were getting many times and I always felt like he was looking out Prime and he checked in with us the perfect amount. Joe is amazing! I slowly started the search for a new car this summer and reached out to Toyota to come in and see what they had in the way of used cars. I test drove a few with Joe on Friday and by Monday I this summer and reached out to Toyota to come in and see what they had in the way of used cars. I test drove a few with Joe on Friday and by Monday I left with one! Joe made the whole process painless and enjoyable and I'm very grateful I was able to find a used car through the Toyota dealership.
