Derek came highly recommended when I started the search for a new vehicle for my girls and I. We went to this dealership with intent on buying a new car potentially two. Initially Tek helped us out by getting us to test drive a Prius as well as a rav4. He understood the situation I was in, but was never pushy. My daughter and I had an enjoyable afternoon working with Ryan, and by the end of the day drove home a beautiful new Highlander, which I couldn't be more happy with. I went to Heritage Toyota not knowing what to expect. Walked in and was greeted by a smiley face ( Joe C.) and after explaining that I am in the market to buy a car, he had introduced Joe A. to me. Made the process as much fun as he possibly could. Even after the car I initially wanted became briefly unavailable, he was prepared with a similar option. In the end - I got the car I initially wanted and my Toyota RAV4 is awesome! While working with Joe A - he was very professional, open and honest. Never felt pressured into buying the car.
