Chuck Heingartner met with me on my first visit and was very generous with his time. He patiently walked me through all of details of the RAV4 Hybrid (it was our first Toyota purchase so I had a lot of questions!). He was knowledgeable, friendly and sincerely enthusiastic about both the dealership and the Toyota brand. Following Chuck's snowboarding mishap, we completed the sale with Dan Pasco, who was equally patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I went to Heritage Toyota with the expectation of looking at a car I saw online, no real plan of buying. She then worked with me to find a car within my price range and when the only car was still more than I could afford, she haggled FOR ME to get the car to be affordable. I was greeted buy a lovely women. The service man came right over, checked me in, he was very pleasant and efficient. Told me it would be about an hour, because I was waiting for the car, it was only 25 m right over, checked me in, he was very pleasant and efficient. He told me to take my time getting settled into the car ( I was using a walker that day). When I was ready they would open the door. Very pleasant experience. More

I was fortunate to know Chuck prior to buying a Toyota and it was because I knew I would be treated honestly from Chuck, and not have to go through the whole sales pitch, that I went with Heritage Toyota. Chuck listens to what you want and proceeds from there. I never felt he was trying to sell me on something. And service on the whole has been excellent, they notify you ahead of time when you need to make an appointment which I really need because I don't pay attention to how many miles I've put on the car. Overall I would highly recommend Chuck and Heritage Toyota. More
I was shocked. Even though I was forewarned about the cost of the 100,000 mile service soon after I got to the dealership and before the expensive work was done, I certainly did not expect a bill anywher cost of the 100,000 mile service soon after I got to the dealership and before the expensive work was done, I certainly did not expect a bill anywhere close to $638.90 as I was leaving my home to drive to the dealership. Communication well in advance when the cost is going to be 3 to 4 times greater than the cost of a normal service would certainly be in order. This is underscored by the fact that the only thing wrong with the car other than these extremely high cost service items was that a license plate light bulb had to be replaced. What if I had not been prepared to pay a bill of this magnitude? I am not at all happy about this. You can do much better! Jim Leach (802) 310-0295 More
