He is a natural salesman; he is at ease so he makes his clients feel at ease and that is a priceless talent to have! I was in and out in two and a half hours maximum and I came out with a brand new car (that they helped me afford) and a brand new good mood and that's all thanks to the excellent service provided by Heritage Toyota. Normally, it involves getting caught up in the dealer's sales process which means lots of mandatory steps and rules. As an example, one cannot buy from the guy that you have worked with on-line for the last few weeks working out options and features and have a great working understanding with. You must, once you are standing inside on the sales floor, work with some randomly assigned bozo who has a "sales-process" flowchart to follow. But, for my last purchase, I had the lucky break to meet Matthew outside. He was willing and able to cut through almost all of this process nonsense. I was able to close the purchase smoothly and easily and got exactly what I wanted. What a relief. He is knowledgeable, responsive and a joy to work with. I could not recommend Matthew more highly.
