Very Poor After Sales Problem Follow Up By Management Over eight hours to test drive and purchase/lease a new 2014 Venza XLE, contantly being told "so and so" would be right with us..."just a minute" whic Over eight hours to test drive and purchase/lease a new 2014 Venza XLE, contantly being told "so and so" would be right with us..."just a minute" which turned into 20 minutes or more, each time, just to be told, again, "just a minute"... When FINALLY, worn down and getting to the Finance Manager (only one available during a big sales event), we were rushed through paperwork for a lease, rather than reasonable rates for a purchase, low-balled on the trade in value of a 2010 Highlander, sold all kinds of "GAP" insurance, and such. The dealership could not get the license plates off the trade in vehicle, even giving them two days to come back to pick it up and leave the trade in. Another trip had to be made to get the plate (1 hour round trip + gas). After 1 week, the "Driver's Easy Access" driver's seat function failed. Three trips to service and sales (again 1 hour round trip each time), at least 10 hours or our time, not to mention our hours researching "on line" (verifying the vehicle had the failed function as sold), and they still can not fix the failed function that was a selling point for the vehicle. Although contacted, messages left, and fax sent, the management appears to just dump the problem back on the sales person and service representative, rather than take responsibility, call us directly, and offer some form of resolution. After more than 28 Toyotas, and 8 Lexus in this family in 30+ years, we will be looking for another dealership, if not another manufacturer. More

Upon returning from our test drive we were presented with details for a lease with our auto as a trade at our request. Details were worked out to our satisfaction without the pressure we have experienced at other dealers. FINALLY a Trustworthy and Knowledgeable sales person!!!!!!! I have had some really bad experiences in my years of car buying when it comes to sales people. After dealing with Brian Nunziata to buy a used vehic I have had some really bad experiences in my years of car buying when it comes to sales people. After dealing with Brian Nunziata to buy a used vehicle there is no way I would go anywhere besides Heritage Ford - unless maybe if he moved to another dealership. He listened to what I was looking for and he made me feel comfortable and not rushed. I was thinking about buying a Honda or another Saturn but now I am looking at getting a Ford or Toyota. Even though I wasn't ready to make a sale that day I know where I am going when I am ready or if Brian calls me with something he thinks will work well for what I am looking for. Finding a honest mechanic is hard but finding an honest sales person you can trust is even harder - now I feel like I have found both. I would recommend working with Brian to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and wants to be talked with and not talked over. He was even willing to meet me on a day he wasn't even scheduled to work - who does that? I know that whatever I decide on he wouldn't steer me wrong to make an extra buck. He actually really seems to enjoy his job and with people. If you want someone who you can TRUST and who knows the little details that can make the difference between the car being THE ONE or not - this is your guy. Thank you for all your hard work and taking all that extra time even though you knew I didn't think I was ready to buy that day...you have found a new loyal customer! I rarely write reviews but I wish I had seen a review like this before going to the 2 dealerships I stopped at before stopping into Heritage.
