We were working with Caitlin to buy a 2014 Toyota Tundra, we had spent time and energy looking into the best price due to the economy. We had stated that we wanted to put $3,000 cash down and she ended up writing up a CASH DEAL, two very different things. So after that we sought out a second opinion at Handy Toyota, when we went back and told her that we had received a better "quote" wondering if they could "match the price" to keep our business, she responded with a TEXT MESSAGE responding inappropriately to the matter and VERY RUDE including a statement that WE WASTED HER TIME and that she DID NOT WANT US TO CONTACT HER AGAIN. Considering this manner, I would NOT recommend Caitlin @ HERITAGE to anyone, and we will be giving HANDY TOYOTA our business from now on. More

I stepped into Toyota dealership to look for good option for a car I need. I was considering Matrix, Prius V and Prius Megan gave me a detailed run down on all details of all 3 , showed me models that wer for a car I need. She was very patient, supper nice and more than accommodating . Megan walk me through all details , pros and cons of leasing versus buying, explained to me financing options and hour later I was signing papers and buying a car even though it was not my intention to purchase the car that day! Car was left at dealership overnight for undercoating, Megan came next morning , picked me up so I could get it from the shop Before test drive and next morning I got a fantastic tutorial on driving Prius so clear that I hardly feel I need to read Prius manual! overall it was such a good experience, that if I hear of anyone needing a car I will send them to work with Meagan More

I found the truck I ended up buying on line before going in. The sales woman was great and offered me a meal while waiting for the paper work to go through, which took quite a while.
