This was the second dealership that we had visited while looking for a Certified Pre-owned Prius. Our first experience with a dealership closer to home was so bad that we decided to cross the state line int looking for a Certified Pre-owned Prius. We had never been to Heritage Toyota in the past and were "introduced" to this dealership through internet sales as we looked for our next car. After narrowing our choices to 2 cars, we called Heritage and spoke with Caitlin Junger. We arrived at the dealership 45 minutes before it closed on Saturday, March 16 (after a long day of work). Regardless, Caitlin and the entire staff welcomed us into the showroom. We were not rushed and were given the opportunity to test drive a few vehicles. We discussed several options: CPO used, new, or a lease. Since we are planning to purchase a new vehicle in the 2015 model year and because we needed another Prius with a removable console in order to convert it to a USPS delivery vehicle if necessary, we opted for the CPO used Prius. Caitlin was extremely attentive to our needs and wanted the car we chose to be a perfect fit. The whole transaction went very smoothly as Caitlin is friendly and laid back. She does not push a sale and demand money down after a test drive if the customer shows interest "because the car might not be on the lot tomorrow" as we had heard at the other dealership in New York. Her easy-going personality, willingness to research information, promptness in returning phone calls / e-mail, and genuine concern for her customers made us feel confident about our purchase. Nick Zagres worked with us in finance. He is friendly, has a great sense of humor, and very efficient! We were delighted that he allowed us to pick and choose which add-ons (extended warranty, Gap insurance, etc) worked for us after thoroughly detailing the benefits of each. Like Caitlin, he allowed us to make the choices without pushing a sale. One very nice bonus is the 1.9% interest rate that is being offered on certified pre-owned vehicles! Overall, we would definitely recommend this dealership, and Caitlin in particular as a sales rep whether you are looking to buy used, new or lease your next car. We walked in a bit skeptical but our high expectations were met and we are looking forward to our next purchase a few years down the road! We'll definitely stick with Heritage Toyota regardless of the fact that we have a Toyota dealership less than 5 miles from home! More

We went to Heritage hoping to look at a few trucks, maybe price some things, and leave with some stuff to think about. Instead, we received very friendly customer service from Conor McQuade! Conor was warm, often funny, and personable, but never pushy. He listened very well to our wishes and needs, as well as our descriptions of what we knew would and wouldn't work for us, given our past experiences and all the time we'd spent thinking about purchasing. Conor said he had the perfect vehicle for us, and he meant it! The truck was exactly what we were looking for-- a Toyota in our price range, in great condition, with low mileage despite its age, 4wd capable, sturdy, in perfect working order, with very few frills, and within our desired age range. The perfect truck! The folks at heritage also were able to get us financing at a very good rate, much better than our bank could offer, and they're a good bank. We left knowing we'll pay a bit more on our monthly payment than we had wanted, but adding the warranty that we did made sense, and we're still in bounds, financially. At no point did we feel pressured or condescended too. Thanks again to Conor and the people at Heritage Toyota. Their service was excellent, and we are very happy with our truck! More

We went to Heritage Toyota through Costco. We were looking for a Prius, but intended to look at other dealers also. When time for us was running short, she arranged for us to get a loaner car to finish our day and go home; someone from Heritage will deliver our Prius to our home (a 100 mile trip) when it is ready and pick up the loaner car. From the start Heritage was better priced, more responsive, had better selection, and better service than what we were getting at 802 Toyota. Buying a car is never easy or fast, but I have recommended Heritage to a lot of people in the last few weeks and will continue to do so. In addition, because we got such a great deal on our Highlander, we plan to trade in our other vehicle at Heritage and buy a second car there. More

Connor is an extremely polite and knowledgeable sales person. He was thorough in his research to find a car to meet my needs before we met. He incorporated the kids into the experience and made them feel like they were contributing in the feedback of test drives and the overall search for a new vehicle. In the end I ended up in exactly what I was looking for at a price that fit our budget. It was such a positive experience that everyone who knew I was looking at cars also knew Mr. McQuade's name.
