I went to Heritage Toyota to have my 2008 Tacoma serviced. (purchased at Heritage in 2010) I was not looking to buy a vehicle. After walking the used lot for awhile I noticed a 2008 Toyota Highla serviced. (purchased at Heritage in 2010) I was not looking to buy a vehicle. After walking the used lot for awhile I noticed a 2008 Toyota Highlander priced way below book. I'd been thinking of trading in my wife's 2006 Mercury Mariner for quite some time. So, I grabbed Caitlin and explained what I wanted to do. After a test drive, Caitlin and I sat down to get everything ready for my return with the Mariner the next day. Mind you, I live 2 HOURS away in upstate NY! I went past two other Toyota dealerships just to deal with Heritage again. Caitlin arrived at work TWO hours early because it was convenient for me. Everything was ready and I was out the door with a full tank of gas and a Mother's Day present of a Highlander for my wife in only 90 minutes. I travel two hours and past two other Toyota dealerships because Heritage Toyota provides the best automobiles at the best price and have an outstanding service department.
