We found the employees to be truthful from the start, down to earth, hard working, and interested in earning our business. They let us take the cars for a test drive by ourselves with no pressure to buy - answered all our questions so we could make an informed decision. After going to several dealerships to see different used cars, this by far one beats them all. Icing on the cake was when Richard explained all the tech "stuff" and Jaime had the SUV filled up with gas before we left!! Unexpected and appreciated.
